1. Introduction

Welcome to HexVolt. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you play our mobile application or visit our web portal.

2. Information We Collect

We collect data needed for leaderboards, optional accounts, ads, purchases, and crash diagnostics:

• Gameplay & High Score Data: Scores, game mode selections, and achievement statistics synced anonymously to our cloud database (Firebase) and native services (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games).
• Device & Diagnostics: Non-personally identifiable technical information (device model, OS version, crash reports via Sentry) to resolve issues.
• Local Storage: Player preferences, sound/vibration toggles, and high score records stored locally on your device.
• Accounts: If you sign in with email, Google, or Apple, Firebase Authentication and Firestore store your user ID and email or display name so scores and progress can follow your account.
• Purchases: Optional Remove Ads purchases are processed by Apple or Google. RevenueCat stores purchase history and entitlement status so we can restore the unlock on your devices.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services

The Game uses Google AdMob for banners, interstitials, and optional rewarded ads; Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) for accounts, scores, and usage analytics; RevenueCat for in-app purchase status; and Sentry for crash reports. AdMob may use device identifiers and approximate location for third-party advertising. HexVolt does not currently show Apple App Tracking Transparency. You can restore a Remove Ads purchase from Settings.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

You have the right to request access to or complete deletion of any cloud-synced high score records associated with your account.

5. Children's Privacy

HexVolt does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
