Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or playing HexVolt (the Game), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game or the site.
2. License
Redsoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play HexVolt for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game except as allowed by applicable law.
3. Accounts & Leaderboards
Leaderboard names and scores may be stored on our servers (Firebase) and on platform services such as Apple Game Center and Google Play Games. You are responsible for activity under any identifier associated with your device or platform account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, harass others, or interfere with servers, leaderboards, or other players. We may remove scores or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
5. Ads, Purchases & Third Parties
The Game may display advertisements (Google AdMob) and may offer optional in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google. Purchase status is tracked with RevenueCat. Platform store terms apply to those transactions. Third-party services (including Firebase, RevenueCat, AdMob, and Sentry) are governed by their own policies.
6. Disclaimer
HexVolt is provided as is without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free play, or that scores will always sync.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redsoft and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game or this website.
